Organic nonvolatile multistate storage devicesbased on organic field‐effect transistors using mica as the 2D single‐crystal electrets are developed. A4‐paper‐sized 2D mica crystals with flat surface are prepared successfully. Devices with mica electrets exhibit a typical memory effect and show ideal output curves on both the on and the off states.
